All of our clients have benefited from our services, but some have taken the time to write about it!
David and Danny performed our first environmental review in late 2003. At that time we were spending an outrageous amount on consumables for all our office quipment, we were constantly receiving phone calls from every toner and consumable company in Australia trying to sell us overpriced remanufactured toner cartridges and spending far too much time each month on ordering supplies, comparing prices, shopping around and trying to keep up to date. DMP have revolutionised the way we manage our hard-copy devices.
Our consumables cost has reduced by 30%, saving us thousands of dollars each year. Our equipment is managed and maintained in a better state than it was previously and we have strategies in place for future requirements. We no longer have to monitor our own supplies of copy paper, toners, or wide-format printing supplies, DMP do that for us and have implemented a system which means we always have stock on hand.
After a few months, we no longer had toner or consumable companies ringing in every few weeks to try and sell us those amazingly cheap, long-life toner cartridges which in reality are expensive, short-lived and reduce the life of the equipment.
More recently we have begun to use one of DMP's newer services which involves providing one-on-one coaching for the various Microsoft Office applications. This has been invaluable, as it means our staff get personal attention to the specific needs they have, coaching is provided on or off-site depending on requirements and we have an ongoing partner who is helping us develop and streamline our administrative tasks.
DMP's business concept is unique. I only wish they could provide unbiased, independent advice on just about everything else, not just hard-copy devices.
