Office Cost Reduction
Our primary focus is to make a better use of your organization's current equipment, not simply find an angle or excuse to sell you new equipment. DMP do not have a showroom or represent any manufacturer.
What we will do is conduct a thorough environmental study regarding the use of your current devices and technologies, then, once fully informed, extract the most from these devices.
Only if these devices prove to be unviable on economical or maintenance grounds would we then address the market place to source the most suitable devices, always outlining the cost savings and the benefits of these devices to you in a clear and concise manner.
DMP is consistently able to deliver savings between 25% and 60% of annual expenditure directly related to operating hard copy devices.

Fleet Management Programme
Based on our performance and strategies, many of our clients have asked us to take the responsibility for, and manage, their entire fleet of hard copy devices. Through this Fleet Management Programme we are able to:
- predict potential machine failures,
- manage the purchase and installation of consumables such as ink and toner,
- ensure device placement is correct and ensure operating objectives are achieved.
As budgets are deliberated over annually, DMP can accurately apportion expenditure to work groups and departments for the operation of their equipment. This allows for accurate assessment of where budgets can be better spent within these areas.
